PURCHASING PRINTS

Print orders are usually fulfilled within a 2-4 week period. As soon as an order is received and processed, the  artist is contacted and the artwork is sent to Tenafly Gallery where it is inspected by our Gallery staff before being sent to the purchaser. The buyer is informed of any delays in processing or shipping.

 

Print Quality and Authenticity

 All print sales are directed through Tenafly Gallery. Our gallery personnel inspect each print before shipping the order to the buyer. Tenafly Gallery requires all photograpers to process their work to professional archival standards. Prints must have an unblemished surface with careful spotting of all imperfections.

 

There are several ways in which original artwork is authenticated. Most artists sign and number their work on either the front or back of the artwork. If this is not the case, Tenafly Gallery and the artist will provide a letter of authenticity.

 

Matting and Framing

 All prints are professionally matted using museum or 100% rag board, unless the artwork is sold ready to frame, hang, or display and it is the intention of the artist that it not be overmatted. Framing is not included in the price of the artwork, nor is it a service that is provided through the .

 

Shipping

 Domestic print orders are sent from Tenafly Gallery to the buyer via a 3 Day, insured service. Print orders sent outside the United States travel via an insured air service. Tenafly Gallery is happy, however, to accomodate any special circumstances or requirements that you, as the buyer, may require. Please call or email us with your request.

Payment Options and Information

 All prices at  are in USD (United States Dollars). Tenafly Gallery accepts personal checks or Pay Pal.

 Sales tax is charged to purchases made within the State of New Jersey. Tenafly Gallery accepts orders from any country. When paying by Pay Pal . please place your order ny e-mail. Tenafly Gallery will follow up with an e-mail with your order number and instruction on how to submit the payment trough Pay Pal.

Customer Satisfaction Policy and Returns

 Tenafly Gallery accepts all returns from our collectors under our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. You may, for any reason, return artwork by a  Artist purchased from Tenafly Gallery if you notify Tenafly Gallery of your intent to do so within 14 days of receipt of shipment. You will receive a full refund less the shipping charges as long as the artwork is returned in the same condition as when it was first shipped from Tenafly Gallery. No reimbursement is made for any shipping expense incurred in returning the artwork to Tenafly Gallery.

 

In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact Tenafly Gallery immediately before taking any action.
